It always amazes me that seemingly few people stop to really look at their roof. I would imagine a doctor says the same thing about his patient's health, or a mechanic about his client's car. But as a home inspector, I understand that the roof is one of the most important components of your home. Take a look at the picture below. It's hard to believe that the resident of this home didn't notice the huge amount of leaking that was going on.
